I really liked this a lot, especially your take on the psychological games Mirror!Kirk would play. He would be in everybody's head. Poor Mirror!McCoy needs someone relatively sane. It'd be interesting to see more of the soft, sentimental Mirror!McCoy of whom Mirrror!Spock spoke.  Our Spock said the SickBay was a chamber of horrors while our McCoy was gone, but I can't help but think Mirror!McCoy would do what Mirror!Kirk said but the bare minimum.

Ive been meaning to for awhile-a plot bunny finally bit me- but lately I've been working on my Big Bang fic.
